Q: What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check In:   14:00 (2:00pm)
Check Out:10:00 (10:00am)

Q: Do you have a pool and is the pool heated?

We have two pools – a lagoon pool and a lap pool, however neither are heated

It is about 25km to the city centre

Q: Do you do after hours check ins?

We do, please contact reception direct on (07) 4057 8299 to organise this prior to your arrival

Q: Can I get a late checkout?

Where available, please contact reception to organise, a charge of $10.00 per hour will occur

This is purely subject to availability and whether there is another guest coming into your apartment

Q: When do I have to pay a deposit?

When you make your booking, the resort takes a $200.00 deposit, the balanace is payable on check-in.

If you book online our booking agent, eTourism Holidays, will take 11% of your total stay which is deducted from your final balance. This is not an additional charge

Q: Is there car parking at the property?

Yes there is, each unit is supplied with one individual car park adjacent to the unit and visitors parking is available for extra guests.
