Happening at the Fred Moule Pavilion of Cairns Showgrounds, the venue will be filled with around 100 remarkable stalls that showcase local crafters, artisans, sewers, bakers, and growers from all over the Cairns Region, along with their crafts and harvests.

In fact, the event is proven to be a success once again, this time when it was voted as Australia’s Best Handmade Market by the Australian Markets and Fairs Magazine.
With history dating back in 2008 at the Ipswich Showgrounds, The Handmade Expo transferred to Ipswich Turf Club in 2009 and became its home for the next six years. Since then it has been expanding to various parts of Queensland and Western Australia. Today, it has been doing a magnificent job making each visitor satisfied and happy in Ipswich, Morayfield, Bundaberg, Rockhampton, Forest Hill, Toowoomba, and Cairns.
In Cairns alone, its schedules were September 13 and October 11, and another two on November 8 and December 13.
